Special Criminal Investigation (also known as S.C.I.) is a racing game, originally developed and published by Taito for Arcade machines in 1989. It is the sequel to Chase H.Q., and just like the first game, players are in a role of a policeman in order to chase and arrest criminals inside cars and other vehicles.

Natsume (currently as Natsume-Atari) was in charge of doing a port of the game for the Sega Master System in 1992, with Sega publishing it exclusively in Europe. It was also released in Australia and South Korea as well through Sega's respective distributors at the time.

A Sega Saturn port of Special Criminal Investigation, including his prequel, Chase H.Q., would be released as Taito Chase H.Q. Plus S.C.I. in 1996.
