Moo Moo Meadows is a farmland area originally from the Mario franchise, in which it appears as a race course in several Mario Kart titles, the first being Mario Kart Wii. Moo Moo Meadows consists of several green hills and a wide dirt trail spanning the center part of the area, as well as windmills and barns behind the fences to the left and right. Moo Moo Meadows is inhabited by their namesake species, Moo Moos.

Moo Moo Meadows makes its only Sega-related appearance in the Wii version of Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games, in which it is the setting of Dream Equestrian. Moo Moo Meadows is designed after its appearance in Mario Kart Wii, which was its most recent appearance at the time of Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games's release. In Dream Equestrian, players must travel through Moo Moo Meadows track carrying a wagon full of seven Yoshi eggs and reach the finish line. The course features Kamek, who tries to throws obstacles in the players' path, and a Chain Chomp in an area shortly before the finishing line. Moo Moos are also encountered as obstacles.
