Darius Gaiden (also called Darius Gaiden: Silver Hawk) is a shoot 'em up, originally developed and published by Taito in 1994 for Arcade machines. It runs on Taito F3 System hardware. The game itself is the third mainline game in the Darius series, as Darius Gaiden was initially named Darius III in their development stage.

A Sega Saturn port of the game was released in 1995 in Japan and in 1996 in the United States and Europe through Acclaim Entertainment. It was developed by Aisystem Tokyo, who previously handled multiple developments of several Taito games for the Sega Genesis and Sega CD.
